Keep LA Housed Plan
The Keep LA Housed plan is designed to provide a fair and transparent approach to rent increases, ensuring that tenants are protected from excessive hikes while allowing for reasonable adjustments based on inflation. www.keeplahoused.org
Current RSO
The current RSO allows for 100% of CPI with a minimum of 3% and a maximum of 8% increase annually, plus utilities.
LAHD Proposal
The LAHD proposal allows for a minimum of 2% and a maximum of 5% increase annually, with the option to bank unused increases for future years.
